Heineken’s Spanish division has inaugurated a new head office in Madrid. Thanks to its unique design, with a façade that stands out for its projecting section clad in tiles by Keraben, it is one of the city’s most emblematic recent projects.
The building’s main façade is made up of over 2,000m2 of 13mm-thick tiles by Keraben in a 100x50cm format. Keraben Systems created this turnkey solution for FCC, the construction company in charge of the project. The team of architects from the project development company, CP Grupo, sought to create an ultra-modern building compatible with energy criteria synonymous with sustainable architecture.
Ceramic ventilated façades allow for greater energy efficiency, while also offering boundless architectural potential. This makes them an ideal choice for more contemporary building projects.
